WOW…..that is all I have to say. 10 lbs this week. I went to the Y today and used the same scale from a week ago and I have dropped 10 lbs (11 w/o shoes). I really haven’t worked out too much this week. I biked for an hour and that was like 450 cals and lifted some weights but that has been it. The difference is in my diet! I stopped stuffing myself and I stopped treating myself.
If we have ever shared a meal together, you know I have no regard for what I eat.
I eat to satisfy my selfish desires. I like dessert and for the most part unhealthy foods.
The past 7 days have been a total change for me, the only burger I had was from Natures Express and that was a veggie burger so it doesn’t count. The rest of my meals were low glucose items and they were all before 6 pm and I want to push that back an hour, so my last meal will be at 5 pm.
These things have really helped. I have just replaced my normal meals with better stuff. I do however still have a craving for sweets. Luckily the swan’s guy came by on Tuesday and I picked up some 50 cal / no sugar / fat-free ice cream bars.
